HR Officer – 12 hours per week
As an HR Officer at INTERBOSCH, you support the daily HR processes within the organization. You maintain personnel administration, answer employee questions, support recruitment and selection, and ensure that absence registration and HR systems remain up to date. In addition, you are in contact with external parties and contribute to HR projects and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting personnel administration (onboarding and offboarding, contracts, personnel files)
- Answering HR-related questions from employees
- Supporting recruitment & selection
- Maintaining absence registration and HR systems
- Maintaining the employee handbook and company car policy
- Supporting HR projects and reporting
- Contact with external parties (e.g. occupational health services, payroll)

Financial Officer – Full-time
As a Financial Officer at INTERBOSCH, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the financial administration. Your tasks include cash and bank postings, accounts receivable and payable management, payments, and financial reporting. In addition, you support month-end and year-end closings and ensure a clear and reliable administration within an internationally operating organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing financial records, including cash and bank accounts, and preparing journal entries
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Executing payments and processing bank transactions
- Preparing interim financial reports
- Performing closing activities for month-end and year-end closings
- Ensuring proper archiving of administrative documents
