How do I know if I am logged in correctly?
After logging in, you will see a large search bar in the top menu, allowing you to search for your favourite products directly. Your Wishlist will also be visible.

Note: Log in with the email address you used to receive the emails from our new website. Make sure you use the correct login details.

I am not yet a customer, how can I view Interbosch's prices?

For this you can easily create an account via our website. Your account will then be verified. Once this has been completed, you get access to our full range including prices.

My account no longer works, can you restore this?

First check if your username is correct. This is the e-mail address on which you have received the activation link from our website.

Can I also create an account as a consumer?

No, we are only a B2B portal. A valid Chamber of Commerce and/or VAT number is required for registration. Only business customers can create an account and use our services.

Can I change my company name? 

If you change the company name or VAT number, we ask you to send an e-mail to support@interbosch.nl with the adjusted data. After verification we will return a confirmation and update by e -mail.

Order

What is your minimum order value? 

We use a minimum order amount of € 350 excluding VAT. Unfortunately, orders below this amount cannot be processed, so that we can continue to guarantee efficient processing and a good price-quality ratio.

Why can't I pay for my order? 

It is possible that one of the products in your shopping cart is not in stock in the desired quantity. Check your shopping cart carefully. Does the problem remain? Feel free to contact us, we are happy to help you further.

What are the freight costs?

From January 1, 2025 The freight costs below apply:

For the Netherlands:

  • € 300 to € 649 are the freight costs €45,-.
  • € 650 to € 999 are the freight costs €30,-.
  • We deliver € 1,000 or more Franco (without shipping costs).

Note: for deliveries to the Wadden Islands A separate surcharge applies.

All amounts mentioned are excluding VAT.

For Belgium and Luxembourg:

  • € 300 to € 649 are the freight costs €65,-.
  • € 650 to € 999 are the freight costs €50,-.
  • € 1,000 to € 2,500 are the freight costs €20,-.
  • We deliver € 2,500 or more Franco (without shipping costs).

All amounts mentioned are excluding VAT.

The freight costs are charged afterwards for all other countries.

Who is your transporter? 

For the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg our transporter is the city of Alkmaar.

For Germany, Austria and Switzerland, our carrier is Van Duuren.

For the other countries we use DHL Freight.

Together with our transporters we ensure that we can guarantee reliable and fast delivery, wherever your company is in the world.

What are the delivery times and any allowances?

Supplies take place as standard on working days (Monday to Friday) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you are only present from 9 a.m., we can take this into account.

If you do not want to receive delivery on a specific day, please inform us in time so that we can tailor the schedule to this.

Which countries do you ship to?

We operate worldwide.

What is your shipping time?

We strive to send your order within a few working days. As soon as we have sent your order you will receive a track and trace by mail.

Returns and reimbursements

How do I return a product?

You can return a product by contacting us via info@interbosch.nl. We then provide you with the required return instructions. Ensure that the item is returned unused and returned in the original packaging.

How long does it take before I receive my reimbursement?

As soon as we have received and checked the returned product, we will process the reimbursement within 10 to 14 working days. It can then take a few days before the amount is visible in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.

Do you have a physical store?

We welcome you to our physical store, where you can view our extensive range and take products directly with you. Here too, a minimum order value of € 350 excluding VAT applies, so that we can continue to guarantee our service and competitive pricing.
