At Interbosch we believe that strong brands make the difference. Brands that not only deliver products, but also tell a story. That is why we are proud that we can announce a new collaboration with a name that is synonymous with quality, tradition and authenticity: Kikkoman.
Most people know Kikkoman from the iconic glass bottle with the red cap, filled with top quality soy sauce. But Kikkoman is much more than a bottle of sauce. It is a brand with an age -old history, deep -rooted in Japanese culture, which now also gets an even larger stage in Europe - and we are the proud partner who makes it possible.
A story that goes back 300 years
The origin of Kikkoman takes us back to the beginning of the 17th century, when Japan was slowly opened for external influences, but cherished his own culinary traditions. In the town of Noda, located on the Edo River, a family business with brewing soy sauce based on wheat, soybeans, water and salt: ingredients that have remained unchanged to this day.
Generation after generation, the recipe was refined, but the basis remained the same: natural fermentation, patience and craftsmanship. The long line of brewers, who passed on their knowledge as if it were family heritage (and it is), has ensured that Kikkoman became a household name worldwide.
The brand proudly propagates that history; And you feel that in every product that bears the name Kikkoman, also outside the kitchen.
From taste to experience
What makes Kikkoman unique is that it looks further than just taste. In Japan, cooking and eating is an experience, a combination of flavors, scents, colors and materials. From the knife with which you cut the fish to the bamboo basket in which you steam dumplings - each part contributes to the total experience.
With our new license agreement, we now also bring that experience to Europe in the form of a wide range of non-food items. Think of chopsticks, serving accessories, kitchen aids, cooking utensils and everything that brings Japanese and Asian cuisine to life visually and functionally.
They are products that are not only practical, but also radiate the story of Kikkoman: authenticity, quality and attention to detail.
